Component 1 Leadership Committee
The Component 1 Leadership Committee makes decisions about the strategic direction of Component 1. This committee is chaired by the Component 1 Chair Jess Wolf (comp1chair@cupe2278.ca) and is composed of elected executives who are members of Component 1. The current composition of the committee is:

Component 1 Bargaining Committee
Members of Component 1 elect a committee to re-negotiate their Collective Agreement with UBC. The committee is typically elected several months before negotiations begin at a general meeting.
