Strike Vote Details:
Your negotiating committee has reached impasse at the bargaining table. UBC has refused to engage seriously with issues that are important to CUPE 2278 members, including extended health and dental, ending the funding clawback, limits on class size and TA hours, paid breaks for CfA Exam Invigilators, and a fair contract for GAAs. A strong YES vote puts us in the strongest position to get a fair deal. Voting will be in-person on campus.

Find and contact your steward! For Component 1 members, you can find your steward by clicking the button to the right. Your steward is the FIRST point of contact for any issue you have at work!
Fill out the member issues and inquiries form! This form will send your response to a central database, and a union representative will respond to your inquiry promptly
