UNBC TA Leadership Committee

In between general membership meetings, Component 3 (UNBC TAs) issues are addressed by a Leadership Committee made up of the Component Chairperson and members elected by the membership. The Leadership Committee includes the Component Bargaining Committee, which is tasked with renegotiating our Collective Agreement with UNBC.

Members interested in observing, participating in, or bringing issues to the committee should contact the Component Chairperson, Guowei Li, at unbc@cupe2278.ca.

You can also reach out to your Department Representatives, who can bring your concerns to the leadership committee. If your department does not have a representative, you can fill that role! Reach out to us at unbc@cupe2278.ca for more information.
